Our 3-step approach

Delivering your new digital product should be as seamless and uninterrupted as possible to your current business. We have a three-step approach where you sign off on each stage before we continue to the next, this ensures that your product is developed in harmony with your requirements and vision. This ensures customer satisfaction and inclusion every step of the way.

01 Design

The Design Phase is the first phase of product evolution. Here the product’s key features, structure, criteria for success, and major deliverables are planned out, collaboratively with the client. In this phase, we transform all requirements into detailed specifications and obtain approval to progress to the Development Phase.
02 Develop

Our teams start to develop the solution agreed upon within the Design phase. A major milestone in this section is the presentation of a Minimum Viable Product for the client to test and allowing for minor changes before proceeding to the Deliver phase.
03 Deliver

Our teams prepare your custom solution to be deployed, ready for clients to interact with. We will take care of managing and maintaining the underlying infrastructure, allowing you to focus on developing your business.

An agile team that is composed of front-end and back-end development skills that are progressing towards Full Stack development. The Ops Team is the practice of operations and development, participating together in the entire service lifecycle which ranges from architecture, through the development process to production support. We lean on each other to gain knowledge but also to support each other to grow.
